In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bat22" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to bat22.io and the company operating the platform.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any registered account holder or visitor using the bat22 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on bat22.io.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's bat22 account at any given time.

bat22 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• At the point of registration.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request.

Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, bat22 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and forfeit any balance held. bat22 cooperates with responsible gaming organisations and will report underage gambling attempts where required.

bat22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is issued:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification and made at least one qualifying deposit.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus credits are awarded to a separate Bonus Balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a specific offer explicitly states that they are stackable.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh may carry additional specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Players should read all promotion-specific terms before participating.

All bets placed on bat22 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bets are only accepted from players with a sufficient real-money balance at the time of placement. Bets placed with insufficient funds are void.
• All bets are final once confirmed by the bat22 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out option and that option is exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• bat22 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets at its sole discretion — including where bets are placed on clearly erroneous odds, where system errors occur, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per player. bat22 reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits based on betting patterns, account history, and risk assessment.
• Winnings from successful bets are credited to your real-money balance and are available for withdrawal subject to verification conditions.

bat22's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

bat22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where bat22 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
• The player has failed to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of the account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to bat22.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bat22 support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any outstanding bonus balance subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. bat22 will process such returns within 5 business days.

Accounts suspended for suspected fraudulent activity may have their balances frozen pending investigation. bat22 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

bat22's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The bat22 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bat22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game content.

bat22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat22 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the page header.
